This variety of coffee is grown at an altitude of more than 1100 m. Thanks to fertile soil and favourable natural conditions, Carmo de Minas is known for its exceptional quality and unique taste. The main notes are hazelnuts and nougat. It has a lasting, soft aftertaste, as well as pleasant fruity sourness.
